Return and Refund Policy

At AlamakTime, we ensure authenticity and quality of our luxury whisky and liquor. Due to the rare and unique nature of our products, all sales are final.

No Refunds or Exchanges

Except in cases of:

1. Faulty products (e.g., damaged or flawed)
2. Non-authentic products (verified by experts)

Authentication and Verification

We guarantee the authenticity of our products. If a product is deemed non-authentic, we will provide a full refund.

Faulty Product Procedure

1. Notify us within 7 days of delivery via phone +65 8028 6989 or email alamaktime@gmail.com
2. Provide order number, product details, and reason for return
3. Securely package and return product(s) within 14 days

Refund

If deemed faulty or non-authentic, a full refund (less shipping costs) will be processed within 7-14 business days.

Conditions

1. Products must be in original packaging and condition
2. Seals must be intact
3. Returns may be subject to inspection before processing

No Cancellations

All orders are final. We cannot accommodate cancellations.
